Qualifications & Experience Required:

• Law degree with strong academic credentials
• LLM or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Data Protection and Privacy Law, TMT, Cybersecurity Law, EU Law,or other relevant fields, with a strong focus on GDPR.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in data protection laws, privacy regulations, and compliance, with expertise in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) legal framework
• Proven experience in advising on complex data privacy matters for clients across various industries
• Excellent command of Greek and English (both written and spoken), with the ability to draft legal documents and provide strategic advice fluently
• Admission to the Bar Association and a valid license to practice law in Greece
• Experience in TMT, AI, Cybersecurity, or digital transformation projects will be considered a significant plus

• Solution-minded with excellent analytical and summarization skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, with a keen eye for detail
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and attorneys
• Ability to work independently and efficiently, as well as mentor junior team members
