Junior Associate

Marilena  holds an LL.B. (Bachelor of Laws) from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, faculty of law, and an LL.M. (Master of Laws) in International Business Law – Digital Innovation in Commerce and Finance from Tilburg University in the Netherlands. She is fluent in English and Greek and she has previous experience in commercial, corporate and civil litigation, as well as consulting cases from her previous trainee lawyer role. Marilena is a cooperative and hardworking person, particularly interested in business law, corporate matters, and M&A transactions but always passionate about enhancing her legal skills and gaining diverse experience within the legal field.
