Paraskevas is a leading employment law specialist with extensive experience in high-value litigation and complex advisory mandates. He heads the Employment Practice at Andersen Legal Greece, advising clients across a wide range of industries including energy, insurance, shipping, technology and infrastructure.

He focuses on contentious employment matters and has successfully handled multiple employment-related cases, including unfair dismissal claims, collective disputes and high-risk workplace incidents. Paraskevas regularly represents major corporations in complex litigation and dispute resolution proceedings.

In addition to his disputes work, he provides strategic advice on all aspects of employment law, including large-scale restructuring projects, workforce reorganisations and the implementation of new employment legislation. He has significant experience in drafting and negotiating employment agreements, executive compensation packages, internal policies and compliance frameworks.

Paraskevas also advises on the employment aspects of corporate transactions and delivers tailored training programs to senior management on developments in the regulatory framework.
