Paraskevas is a disputes specialist with experience of litigation and alternative dispute resolution across a range of industries including shipping, Telecommunications, Media & Technology (TMT) and sports.

Primarily focused on contentious employment work, he has counselled clients in proceedings as varied as unfair dismissal cases, class actions and occupational fatalities. He is also well-versed in the negotiation of severance agreements for managing directors and board members.

In addition, he has advised clients on the employment elements of corporate transactions; the creation of workplace policies, procedures, and handbooks; restructuring; and the negotiation of employment agreements and compensation plans.

Paraskevas was previously an associate at another major law firm.
