Andersen Legal in Greece is the Greek member firm of Andersen Global®, an international association of member firms comprised of tax and legal professionals worldwide. Andersen Greece, based in Athens, provides professional legal, tax, accounting, and payroll services to both Greek and multinational companies. We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Assistant to be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors courteously and professionally.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate person or department.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and meeting room bookings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including sorting, distributing, and processing deliveries.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as necessary.
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred.
  • Excellent command of English language, written & verbal.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
