Corporate & Commercial Practice Associate (CC0822)

Our corporate & commercial team is a Leading practice. You will need to work in a fast-paced setting, adapt to changing demands, and multitask while maintaining attention to detail. You will be part of our “Closers” team and you will be recognized as a wizard, a key player adding value and showing the way to our clients.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

  • Bachelor of Laws and a strong academic record.
  • Postgraduate degree in the areas of Corporate & Commercial Law or Civil Law
  • Admission to the Athens Bar Association.
  • 5+ years of experience in Corporate & Commercial Law including experience in drafting & reviewing commercial contracts; handling corporate governance compliance issues.
  • Experience in M&A cases.
  • Experience in Banking & Finance regulatory compliance issues will be considered a plus.
  • Excellent command of Greek and English language.

  • Good, demonstrable, technical knowledge and strong commercial understanding.
