The new European crowdfunding regime is further harmonized by the publication of ESMA’s Report on technical standards under the Crowdfunding Regulation (ECSPR).
The Report is providing guidance to competent authorities and stakeholders regarding all investor protection aspects under the Crowdfunding Regulation, indicatively authorization, complaints handling, key investment information sheet, reporting, conflicts of interest, business continuity plan, cooperation between competent authorities and other.
