Employment relationship in Greece according to 5c of Law 4172/2013
As we are aware and in the context of attracting foreign investments and expatriates in Greece, the Greek law has introduced new provisions in the Tax Law for this purpose, i.e. Articles 5a, 5b και 5c of Law 4172/2013.
