Future Leaders Training – Athens, May 2025

Date: June 12, 2025

Learn. Grow. Connect

At Andersen, leadership doesn’t wait for titles. It begins with a mindset — a mindset of ownership, curiosity, collaboration, and impact. That’s what we call the Andersen Way.

This time, in the vibrant city of Athens, we had the pleasure of hosting the Future Leaders Training — a dynamic and inspiring development program that brought together more than 55 young professionals from 16 different European countries. Over the course of several days, participants engaged in intensive workshops, hands-on case studies, and cross-border collaboration designed to prepare the next generation of Andersen leaders for the challenges of tomorrow.

The training covered key areas of legal practice, including Labor, Corporate, IP, IT & Data Protection, and Tax — combining technical knowledge with practical application. Participants worked in teams, developed solutions, and exchanged insights, strengthening not only their expertise but also their confidence to lead.

But the experience didn’t end there.

We had a lot of fun. From team-building activities to informal social events, the program created space for real connection — the kind that transcends borders, builds trust, and reminds us that at Andersen, we are truly one firm.

Being Ahead Of The Game is not just about staying relevant in a fast-changing world — it’s about shaping what comes next. Together.

We would like to thank the Future Leaders Training Committee for their vision and effort, and to our trainersThemistoklis Giannakopoulos, Martha Papasotiriou, and Theodore Pistiolis — for generously sharing their knowledge and experience with our future leaders.

This training is part of our long-term commitment to develop high-performing, globally minded professionals who will carry forward the values and ambitions of our Firm.

We look forward to many more opportunities to learn, grow, and connect — the Andersen Way.
