Αλλαγές στην γνωστοποίηση ωραρίου και υπερωριών
Σύμφωνα με το Ν.4225/2013, όπου τίθεται σε ισχύ από την 07/01/2014, εισάγεται η υποχρέωση τήρησης «Ειδικού Βιβλίου Τροποποίησης Ωραρίου και Υπερωριών». Σύμφωνα με τη νέα ρύθμιση ο εργοδότης υποχρεούται να τηρεί το συγκεκριμένο βιβλίο στον χώρο εργασίας, σε κάθε υποκατάστημα, με την μορφή ημερολογίου ή μηχανογραφημένων σελίδων για μία 5ετία.
